Refund Policy

We want subscribers to feel confident in Westbridge Insight. Refund requests are reviewed fairly and promptly.
Eligibility
- Initial subscription charges are eligible for review within 7 days.
- Renewals are generally not refundable once a billing period starts.
- Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for policy violations.
How to request
Email nadir@westbridgeinsight.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
